Who is responsible

Esteban Di Falco, trading as fipeo.net, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you ask for early access we store the details you type in the form: name, email, whether you are a school, an agent or something else, company, country, website, what interests you and your comment. We also store the date of your consent and the language of the page. We use them only to decide whom to invite and to write to you about Fipeo. The legal basis is your consent.

If you create an agent account we also store the details that account needs (agency, contact, email, a password stored only as a salted hash) and the messages you send to schools through the platform.

If your school is invited to Fipeo, we also store the name and email of its contact, and a record of the authorisation the school gives: the exact text, its version, the date, the IP address and who accepted it. We keep that record while the school takes part and afterwards as proof of its consent.

How long and who sees it

We keep early access requests until the early access programme ends or you ask us to delete them, and no longer than 24 months. We do not sell your data and do not share it with schools or agents. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. If you sign in, a strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
